Your data

Delete your data

Nowmark has no accounts, and your photos and notes never reach us, so most of your data is deleted on your own phone. Here is how, step by step.

1. Delete photos and records in the app

  1. Open Nowmark and go to your photos.
  2. Open the photo you want to remove and choose Delete from Nowmark.
  3. Confirm. The photo and its record are removed from the app.

A copy already saved to your photo library stays there. Delete it in your Photos or Gallery app if you want it gone too.

2. Delete everything Nowmark keeps on your phone

Uninstall the app. This deletes every photo, record, note, logo, preset, setting and reminder that Nowmark keeps on that device. Photos already saved to your photo library are not touched.

Uninstalling does not cancel a Nowmark Pro subscription. To cancel, see managing and cancelling.

3. Delete your support messages

If you have contacted us, email contact@theapptor.com from the same address and ask us to delete your messages. We will delete them and confirm by email.

4. Analytics and purchase records

Firebase analytics and crash data are not linked to your name or email, so we cannot look them up for one person. They are kept under Firebase's retention settings and then deleted. Uninstalling the app stops any further collection from that device.

Subscription records are held by Apple or Google, and by RevenueCat under an anonymous ID, as needed to provide and account for purchases. For questions about them, email contact@theapptor.com.
